This is the Ski Country Decanters mascot. A quantity of 400 of the
4/5 size was produced in 2006, and in 2010 there were 300 minis
produced.

Birth of Freedom
This was issued as Ski Country's salute to the United States 1976 Bicentennial.
Some of the 4/5 size were released with red, white and blue labels
others with the standard label. 5000 4/5 and 3600minis were released in
1976. 150 gallon decanters were issued in 1977.

Harpy Eagle
The South American eagle was produced in 1973 and is a good example
of the state-of the art at that time. 2280 4/5 and 1800 minis were

Mountain Eagle
One of our first birds of prey, this design was issued in 1973. It is

Eagle on Drum
This was another bicentennial issue. The stylized bald eagle on a
Revolutionary War drum was released in the 4/5 size in 1976, with 2800
production pieces. The 2016 minis followed in 1977.

Majestic Eagle
This was Ski Country's first attempt to produce a wildlife decanter and has become
the hallmark of the company. 2014 4/5 and 3600 minis were released in
December of 1971. 700 pieces of this classic were produced in gallon
size in 1973.

Easter Seals Eagle
This was the first fund-raiser for the National Easter Seals Society.
It has the Easter Seals "Lily" embossed on the front of the base.
Taken from a painting commissioned by Donald Malick, 5100 750 ml. and
2400 minis were produced in 1980.

Osprey Family (set of 2)
This set is two bottles fitting together as one. They
interlock to form this majestic pair. 2240 4/5 and 1800 minis were

Osprey on the Water
This was one of the tallest pieces ever made by Ski Country. The fish
in its talons makes it a natural companion for the Eagle on the Water.
The mini was released first, 1800 in 1974. 2240 4/5 followed in 1976.

White Falcon
This was Ski Country's first bird of prey decanter to utilize part of
the base as the stopper. 3600 4/5 were released in 1977 along with 2016
minis.

Prairie Falcon
This Donald Malick design was issued in 1981 as a companion piece to
the peregrine falcon. The 750 ml. size featured a removable, handmade
leather lure, such as are used by trainers. 4800 750 ml. and 1488 minis
were released in 1981.

Peregrine Falcon
This was the first time Ski Country designed a decanter which
featured a raptor in relation to man, rather than in the wild. It was
taken from a watercolor commissioned of Robert Katona and featured the
falcon perched on the gloved hand of the trainer. The 4/5 and gallon
sizes included a removable, handmade leather hood. All three sizes were
released in 1979: 4800 minis, 6000 4/5 and 450 gallons.

Another Donald Malick Design, this decanter portrays a bald eagle in
flight, live fish in its talons. 2400 750 ml. and 1800 minis were hardly
enough to satisfy collectors
across the country. It was released in 1981.
