The first of Ski Country's Banded Waterfowl, the Pintail was designed by Dennis Goldacker.8400 4/5 and 6000 minis were released in 1978. 1120 half gallons followed 1979. Note the dated band on the leg.

Another Goldacker design, the widgeon was released in 1979: 12,000 750 ml., and 4800 minis. The 750ml. represents the largest run of any Ski Country decanter to date. 740 of the 1.75 liter were issued in 1979.
